Our strategy revolves around three key pillars: renting, flipping, and capital appreciation.
We’ve achieved significant success in each area, and below we highlight one example for each pillar.
We buy houses in promising neighborhoods, renovate them, and rent them out for a gross return of 15% to 20%. We rigorously screen tenants and occasionally accept Section 8 tenants, with government-backed rent payments.
The second pillar of our business is flipping, where we purchase houses at a low cost, renovate them within 2 to 4 months, and sell them for a return of approximately 30% to 40%. Below, you will find details of a project we completed with Detroit Renaissance II, which serves as a good example of our flipping process.
Unless flipping, all our investments have a long-term perspective. We target neighborhoods with strong capital appreciation potential, aiming to sell the properties in a few years at a premium.
We take 45 minutes to share our story, culture, and business model. Our goal is to ensure that our investors fully understand our approach with complete transparency, so we can work together to build a successful investment.
