Fund Overviews and Performance
Since 2020, we have launched two funds. The first was a proof of concept, and the second aimed to scale up and build on the success of the first. We are now gearing up to introduce our third fund in 2025.
Retroit Renaissance I
Established in 2020, this fund started with a single house to explore the Detroit housing market. Over time, we grew our investment by adding more houses and increasing the fund size. Currently, the fund is closed to new subscriptions and delivers a two-digit annual return.
Detroit Renaissance II
Building on the success of the first fund, we launched a new fund in 2023 using the same approach. This fund was open for subscriptions until December 2023 and is now closed to new investors. Like the first fund, it offers a two-digit annual return.
Detroit Renaissance III
Detroit Renaissance III will be launched in 2025, following the same business model as the first two funds. More details will be available in Q1 2025
