Investing in Detroit
Flipping, Renting, and Capital Appreciation for Optimal Returns
Our Three Pillars for Achieving High Return
Renting
We buy houses in promising neighborhoods, renovate them, and rent them out for a gross return of 15% to 20%. We rigorously screen tenants and occasionally accept Section 8 tenants, with government-backed rent payments.
Flipping
We buy houses at a low cost, renovate them within 2 to 4 months, and sell them for a return of around 30% to 40%.
Capital Appreciation
Unless flipping, all our investments have a long-term perspective. We target neighborhoods with strong capital appreciation potential, aiming to sell the properties in a few years at a premium.
